Melrose is the third project launched in 2021 as part of the summer collection for ML Emporio Properties. It embodies Melrose Ave in Los Angeles as the high-end fashion hub and relates it to the West Side of Surrey City Centre.

We created a flat illustration of the building in the brand colours for use on marketing materials which included an A-Kit, digital and print advertisements, and social media.
