Belford Properties’ Coquitlam project needed to be fresh, youthful and approachable, with an emphasis on life in a healthy, walkable community. The modular logo represents the 5 elements of Feng Shui: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, in a modern, friendly way, plus a 6th element: Human. The shapes can be configured in numerous ways to create interest and flexibility for applications.

The Dansey wordmark incorporates a variety of geometric shapes, forming a design system that may be used to supplement the wordmark as a pattern element.
