ML Emporio Properties developed a European-inspired, modernist 6-story structure in Surrey that is efficiently designed for young family living. We gave it a European name and captured the liveliness, friendliness and modern elements of Viktor through a mural-like illustration and clean wordmark.

Abstract elements were extracted from the artwork and used in marketing materials to support the brand. Viktor, located in the City Center of Surrey, is another development by ML Emporio for their summer collection that was launched in 2021.
