ML Emporio Properties’ Coquitlam project, Loma, is situated in the district of Maillardville, on Lougheed Highway. The architecture of the building is very unique, as it pays homage to the history of logging in the area, and Fraser Mills on the Fraser River, in a modern interpretation using wooden beams on the facings that are reminiscent of logs floating down a river. The branding reflects the look of the building with the graphic symbolism of constructing with wood.
